Spring Studios is a worldwide creative and production agency specialized in supporting fashion, luxury, beauty, and lifestyle brands. Spring Studios Milan is looking for an Account Manager to join our talented Account Management team.

The ideal individual for this role is a multi-faceted and innovative problem-solver with an eye for great creative work, talent, and the ability to deliver projects on time, on budget, and on strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES You will be required to work on the day-to-day management of different projects which will span from events, branding, advertising campaigns, social media, online advertising campaigns and/or complex integrated campaigns requiring process-oriented thinking, program management and collaboration with multiple production disciplines. You will strengthen your abilities to negotiate and manage project statements of work, estimates and related parameters. You build and nurture client relationships in a wide array of industries, ranging from beauty to fashion to FMCGs. You will be able to understand and interpret creative briefs in order to produce proposals, contracts and budgets accordingly and brief external suppliers for the jobs they've been hired for. You will contribute in defining project approach and scope, creating project schedules. You will be responsible for ensuring that project deliverables are prepared on time and meet all quality goals ahead of internal and client reviews. You will pass and process approved invoices to finance. You will keep records of your ongoing projects and involved resources by updating the resource planner prior to weekly resource meetings. You will work closely with the creative and production departments; troubleshooting issues as they arise. QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Management, Economics or Business. At least 4 years of experience in advertising or in a digital agency, ideally managing fashion, luxury, or beauty clients on large integrated projects. Experience in events' management is a plus. Digitally proficient and budget-management savvy. A keen interest in fashion, beauty, film and new technology is a plus. English language is a must, Italian is welcome. French is a plus.
