**Account Manager I**:
**WE OFFER**:Manage assigned client relationships with a focus on relationship building to further develop sales and products.
Identify opportunities for profitable growth of existing business with assistance in day to day activities, utilizing a unique understanding of the account to develop business strategies.
- Develop and execute on individual agent strategic plans in order to maximize profitable growth, ensuring that business opportunities align with overall business & account strategies.
Deliver growth and profitability targets for assigned accounts
- Viewed as an expert by accounts with regard to product placement and market knowledge
- Act as central point of contact for issue resolution or any general inquiry
- Identifying decision-makers and key associates within an account, and develop productive relationships
- Collaborating with other internal departments to resolve issues and fulfill opportunities (Marketing, Underwriting, Reporting Team, etc.
)
- Gathering market and competitor intelligence and sharing with internal staff
- Identify and manage resolution of compliance corrective actions
- Coordinating and conducting training sessions with accounts - including Product, Legacy and new/current systems; have a working knowledge of AMsuite
- Establish monthly review calls with assigned accounts; coordinate and participate in annual planning sessions
- Lead implementation plans for assigned projects; assist accounts and internal business partners in defining project, system and information requirements; ensure all parties involved are executing on commitments; ensure time schedules are met and final outcome meets company and account needs; inform key stakeholders of project progress and status
- Coordinating the development of proposals for business opportunities
- Assist in audits of agency's business and assist with compliance issues
**WE EXPECT**:
- Advanced technical knowledge.
Advanced working knowledge of Cognos /Reporting, Microsoft Office, Excel, Lotus Notes, and Live Meeting.
Ability to effectively utilize CRM
- Bachelor's degree
- Manages account relationships while building knowledge for operational alignment.
- Basic understanding of core internal business units and associated account coordination.
- Modest understanding of insurance industry changes and trends as well as current economic conditions in order to maintain a competitive focus.
- Pursuit to acquire higher level skills
- Travel: 25%-50
