The Role As a Senior Account Manager at Deliveroo, you will manage and grow relationships with our most important restaurant partners. As Deliveroo continues to grow, we become a major revenue channel for restaurants - aside from providing the best support, we are restaurant consultants that use data-driven insight and industry knowledge to lead our partner restaurants' growth. The AM is focused on the relationship with the network on the Italian market, working with other internal departments (marketing, operations, product) to offer the best consultancy service to our top brands. The Account Manager team is a passionate, dynamic group of team players that work well together...and of course, they're fun and great at building relationships! This role is based in Milan and will report to the Account Lead.
As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with restaurant partners.Understand partners' business goals and challenges to provide strategic guidance and support.Manipulate and analyse data to drive growth and profitability, both for your partners and for Deliveroo.Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement customised solutions to meet partners' needs, including Marketing, Operations, Corporate, Customer Service.Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new business opportunities.Act as the main point of contact for partners, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.Requirements At least 3 years of experience account management and/or consulting.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data setsAbility to understand and articulate complex business challenges and develop tailored solutions.Must be fluent in Italian and English.Master's Degree in Economy.Life at Deliveroo We are a growing team, with very large impact, looking to answer some of the most interesting questions out there.
