**Job description**
Translated is looking for a curious, committed, hard-worker and motivated Account Manager to join our Operations team.
As a member of the Account Management team, your responsibilities will include:
- Converting customers requests into price offers and offers into translation projects.
- Talking to customers constantly, to gain a deep understanding of their needs and provide them tailored and flexible solutions.
- A major contribution in ensuring profitability and success of projects, driving to customer retention.
- Monitoring of your progress and reporting to your manager to discuss any needed strategic action
**General requirements**
- Fluency in English and another language, Italian is a plus
- 2-3 years of sales experience by providing solutions based on customer needs
- Experience in the Localization vertical is a plus
- Excellent computer and web skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organisational levels
- Organised and solution driven
- Ability to create a plan, organise and follow up
- Anticipating customers needs to add value to their business
