As an Account Executive on the SMB Growth Team, you will be responsible for upselling the Restaurant365 platform to current customers. How you'll add value: Manage entire customer sales cycle from discovery to closeGenerate and develop new customer opportunities to increase revenueWork with Growth Sales Manager to maintain accurate pipeline and forecastAnticipate and discuss client needs and facilitate solutionsMaintain knowledge of R365's solution and any related productsNetwork with existing customers and vendor partners to build and maintain long-lasting business relationshipsContinual industry research to identify trends in the marketplaceOther duties as assignedWhat you'll need to be successful in this role: Bachelor's degree preferredProven Account Management/Sales experience, preferably in the Restaurant Tech or HCM industryAbility to analyze the needs of a client and provide strategic business solutionsHighly motivated and results-orientedExperience with Salesforce or similar CRMStrong presentation skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and writtenAbility to adapt to, and follow a sales processAbility to negotiate and problem-solveOrganization and time management skillsEnthusiasm and passionR365 Team Member Benefits & CompensationThis position has a salary range of $66,560 - $80,000 + Commission. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location.
