Key Responsibilities:
Develop long-term, value-added customer relationships using relationship-selling techniques. Understand clinical and economic trends in healthcare decision-making. Deliver compelling sales presentations and participate in various sales activities. Negotiate to maintain target price levels effectively. Manage customer information in CRM and provide accurate sales forecasts. Build a strong pipeline and manage sales opportunities at various stages. Introduce new technology platforms and products to key accounts and public laboratories. Provide regular updates to management on customer status and initiatives. Qualifications:
Bac+5 in Biology/Health/Biotechnology or similar fields. Proven sales track record in clinical and/or laboratory markets. Knowledge of next-generation sequencing (NGS) and SaaS ecosystems. Fluency in English and Italian. Willingness to travel 50% within the assigned region in Italy. Why Join?
