Job Description: DXC Technology is looking for an Account Executive Energy Utilities.
The Account Executive Team is accountable for the company's financial performance and client business outcomes.
It manages client relationships and acts as a trusted advisor, thought leader, and general manager to grow the business through sales.
The team develops a client-centered agenda, improves the financial quality of the accounts, harnesses innovations to meet contractual commitments, and provides the leadership that aligns teams and holds members accountable for results.
Additionally, it provides pan-company leadership by working across the company and with customers as one unified company account team.
You will be a core member of the team driving the growth and shaping the future of DXC's position, increasing market segment presence in Energy and Utilities.
Your primary focus will be on developing and executing a territory coverage plan and consistently delivering results.
The role includes the following responsibilities: Delivering the Account Business Plan (ABP), Account Financial Plan (AFP), and Account Operating Plan (AOP).Leading, coordinating, and managing long-term, consultative relationships with C-suite clients to establish trust and become their trusted advisor.Establishing and managing a program aimed at achieving client service excellence.Presenting the pan-company Portfolio.Meeting or exceeding financial commitments.Taking responsibility for increasing the company's year-over-year share of wallet and shareholder return.Delivering technological and service delivery innovations to reduce costs and exceed customer expectations.Fulfilling the company's contractual commitments, implementing technical or process innovations, reducing costs, and delighting customers.Enforcing a change management mechanism for requests outside the agreed scope.Ensuring a robust governance framework and meeting cadence within the company and between the company and its customers.Leading all employees providing services to the client, whether directly or indirectly.
We require: 6-10 years experience in account leadership rolesExperience in the Energy Utilities industry required.PL, sales, and risk management skills required.Knowledge of the IT Industry, including trends and competitors; in-depth knowledge of vertical industry.Change Management skills.Strong communication skills.
