This is an outside sales position in the Philadelphia, PA Area and will require weekly customer visits within the territory. As an Account Executive SMB, you will be responsible for selling R365 Accounting and Operations Platform to 1 to 8 location restaurant groups.
How you'll add value:Work with Regional Sales Manager and Sales Development team to identify and sell into new accountsGenerating pipeline that leads to closed revenue and quota attainmentSelling on value and return on investment vs. features & functionsUncovering pain points and business impact that maps back to our solutionsDemonstrating adaptability and flexibility as part of an ever-growing teamManage entire sales cycle from self-sourcing new opportunities to closeEnsure new Customers remain on track to "go live" in implementation, post-saleMaintain accurate pipeline and forecastNetwork with existing customers and vendor partners to build and maintain a long-lasting business relationshipIn-depth knowledge of the R365 platform to present to prospective clientsContinual industry research to identify trends in the marketplaceBuild and maintain a long-lasting business relationshipOther duties as assignedWhat you'll need to be successful in this role:Bachelor's degree strongly preferredProven Account Management/Sales experience and strong record of success (software sales preferred)Experience with Salesforce or similar CRMExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and writtenAbility to adopt and follow a sales processAbility to network and build relationshipsAbility to negotiate and problem-solveOrganization and time management skillsEnthusiasm and passion!R365 Team Member Benefits & CompensationThis position has a salary range of $65,000-$75,000 + Commission. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location.
