Account Executive

HDG is looking for a motivated Account Executive to join the international team in the Venice office.
DESCRIPTION The Account Executive will be responsible for the daily management of relationships with clients, overseeing the daily work of staff on specific projects that he/she will be in charge of.
RESPONSIBILITIES Understand and promptly respond to the requests and expectations of clients Create strategies and content for clients Receive briefs and debriefs, coordinate work Develop proposals, presentations, quotes, marketing plans and timelines Write and manage quotes and contracts Revise drafts and materials to determine their consistency with the brief received Present concepts and creative ideas Coordinate and manage accountment activities (finding customers, developing new business opportunities, etc.)
Coordinate the creative team, in collaboration with the Creative Director REQUIRED SKILLS Excellent knowledge of English (both spoken and written) Good presentation skills as regards creative proposals Excellent understanding of issues related to design and branding Excellent organizational skills and sense of priority Confidence in dealing with clients and ability to build and manage relationships PREFERRED SKILLS Knowledge of the Adobe Suite (especially Photoshop and Indesign) Previous agency experience Skills in simultaneously managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines Problem-solving and creativity WHAT WE OFFER Collaboration with a prestigious communication and design agency Work in a creative environment Contacts with big brands Opportunities for professional growth Possible internal mobility Become part of a young and international team HDG has a strong reputation in strategic design.
