HDG is looking for a motivated Account Executive to join the international team in the Venice office.DESCRIPTIONThe Account Executive will be responsible for the daily management of relationships with clients, overseeing the daily work of staff on specific projects that he/she will be in charge of.RESPONSIBILITIESUnderstand and promptly respond to the requests and expectations of clientsCreate strategies and content for clientsReceive briefs and debriefs, coordinate workDevelop proposals, presentations, quotes, marketing plans and timelinesWrite and manage quotes and contractsRevise drafts and materials to determine their consistency with the brief receivedPresent concepts and creative ideasCoordinate and manage accountment activities (finding customers, developing new business opportunities, etc.)Coordinate the creative team, in collaboration with the Creative DirectorREQUIRED SKILLSExcellent knowledge of English (both spoken and written)Good presentation skills as regards creative proposalsExcellent understanding of issues related to design and brandingExcellent organizational skills and sense of priorityConfidence in dealing with clients and ability to build and manage relationshipsPREFERRED SKILLSKnowledge of the Adobe Suite (especially Photoshop and Indesign)Previous agency experienceSkills in simultaneously managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlinesProblem-solving and creativityWHAT WE OFFERCollaboration with a prestigious communication and design agencyWork in a creative environmentContacts with big brandsOpportunities for professional growthPossible internal mobilityBecome part of a young and international teamHDG has a strong reputation in strategic design.
