As the Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day accounting operations and the tax processes of the company, including overseeing financial reporting and analysis, ensuring compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements, and managing the month-end and year-end close processes. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in accounting, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a passion for the apparel and fashion industry.ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee the daily accounting operations of the company, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounting.Manage the tax processes.Prepare and review financial statements and reports.Ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements.Manage the month-end and year-end close processes.Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date and in compliance with accounting standards.Develop and implement financial controls to safeguard the company's assets and minimize risk.RequirementBachelor's degree in economics, accounting, finance, or related field.5+ years of experience in accounting and finance.Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.Experience with accounting software.Experience in the apparel and fashion industry is preferred.About usOrka Holding, established in Turkey in 1986, is today present in 80 countries with more than 450 points of sale worldwide with its two brands, DS DAMAT and DAMAT TWEEN, that have made a name for themselves with the innovations they have brought to men's fashion. #J-18808-Ljbffr
