An Accommodation Manager
**What would you do with us?
**
As an accommodation manager you will assure the management and coordination of Housekeeping, and Front Office areas to provide good stays for customer.
You will be in charge of the building development and the performance of the Front Office team, ensuring that all standards and company procedures are fulfilled.
- Make sure that the apartments meet the quality and comfort standards set by Room Mate.
- You will have experience leading teams and training them in any operational innovation.
- You will follow up the administrative processes: Stock control, inventories, and purchase request, relations with suppliers
- Verify the proper state of cleanliness and general maintenance in the different departments and public areas.
- You will check that the established annual budgets are fulfilled in due time and form
- You will be in charge of transmitting the Roomie essence.
**What are we looking for?
**
- You should have Roomie DNA, this means to be fun and courageous, be committed to your environment and be passionate about your work.
- You are proactive and goal oriented.
- You are an organized person and detail oriented.
- It´s important you have at least, 2 years of experience in Front Office management preferably in touristic apartments
- We consider if you know about Housekeeping
- Team leader experience
- We speak English and so you should, and high level!

**Salary**: €31,000.00 - €32,000.00 per year
