ACCESSORIES PRODUCT MANAGEMENT & GRAPHICS SPECIALIST Job Responsibilities We are looking for a dynamic Graphics Design enthusiast with Product Management skills to join our Accessories Marketing Team, which is responsible for the accessories of the following De'Longhi Group brands: De'Longhi, Kenwood and Braun.
The role focuses on graphic designs for accessories, overseeing all marketing materials, both created internally or by coordination of external agencies.
The role also supports Product Management activities and is involved in the New Product Development process, contributing to market needs analysis, and proposing the creation of relevant accessories, to maintain a competitive accessories portfolio.
Principal accountabilities: - Graphic design and layout creation for accessories across all brands, ensuring compliance with each Brand's guidelines and preparing final files for printing.
- Developing and updating packaging according to new chemical (CLP & FSA), food (Food Contact), and packaging disposal regulations.
- Managing external suppliers (photographers, videographers, etc.)
and overseeing all marketing materials produced for accessories, ensuring project specifications, deadline adherence, and required quality standards are met.
- Uploading and maintaining accessory photos in the Group's Asset Bank.
- Responsible for assisting the Product Manager in analysing the voice of the consumer and converting it into a relevant product that is launched by meeting cost and time requirements - Preparing market data information and accessories performance for new product development (NPD) meetings, presentations and business cases - Monitor market trends in the specific categories assigned, consolidating different inputs such as sales data, voice of customers, reviews, competitors - Testing an understanding of the specific categories (our products, key competitors and end-user needs) to assist in the development of new NPD - Supporting the Product Manager with ad hoc requests (samples, presentations, communication on project status, attending meetings) Job Profile - Degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field - 2/3 years of experience in a similar role - Excellent proficiency in Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop - Fluent in English, both written and oral - Technical, analytical, presentation and creative skills - Team player, ability to multitask and adapt to dynamic, multi-cultural working environment - Good software knowledge: Excel, Word, PowerPoint We are an Equal Opportunity Employer, we reject and condemn any form of discrimination including discrimination based on age, gender, sexual orientation, health, race, nationality, cultural background, political opinions and religious beliefs, and membership of associations and trade unions.
