Your tasks Academic Administration & SupportCourse Planning: Coordinate, maintain, and review course planning, including all course schedules.Certification & Accreditation: Coordinate, maintain, and review local certifications and accreditation projects.Student & Faculty Guides: Propose and discuss changes to student and faculty guides.Academic Support: Provide academic support for students and faculty, including program requirements, course planning, academic issues, and project support.Satellite Campuses: Provide academic support to satellite campuses.Faculty Recruitment: Recruit and onboard new faculty members.Event CoordinationWelcome Presentations: Coordinate and host orientation presentations and welcome events for new students.Program Events: Coordinate and review program events, including company visits, seminars, and guest speakers.Community & Admissions Events: Attend and coordinate local admissions, marketing, and community events, such as info sessions and fairs.Administrative SupportVisitor Interaction: Welcome visitors and provide detailed information about the school and its study programs.Communication Management: Coordinate and process all incoming calls, mail, and emails.Basic Facility Coordination: Coordinate repairs or maintenance if something needs attention on campus.General Administrative Support: Provide other relevant administrative support as needed.Team Collaboration and SupportInterdepartmental Support: Collaborate with and support the academic, admissions, marketing, and community teams.Faculty Recruitment: Assist in recruiting and onboarding faculty members.Your profile We are seeking an Academic & Community Coordinator responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Milan campus. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in creating a vibrant community and closely supporting students and faculty throughout their journey at United Institute. Your support will be instrumental in both academic and community aspects, providing assistance whenever needed.
Qualifications Educational Background: Completed Master's degree in Communication, Business Administration, Hospitality, or other relevant fields of study.Language Proficiency: Advanced English and Italian language skills.Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills.Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office applications.Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities, with a focus on detail and efficiency.Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively.Independence: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Resilience: Stress-resistant and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.Experience: Previous relevant work experience; experience in higher education is a plus.Eligibility: EU/EFTA nationality or a valid residence/work permit for Italy.Please submit your application documents in English as they will not be considered otherwise.
