Duties & ResponsibilitiesBe the subject matter expert regarding all types of employee leaves of absence, including Short Term Disability, FMLA, Long Term Disability, Unpaid leaves, state/city-specific leaves, and moreProcess incoming calls, emails, and system notifications regarding leaves of absence, while providing prompt and accurate customer serviceResponsible for utilizing the tools provided to maintain compliance with federal, state, local, and union specific leave policiesProvide employees and managers with information and assistance regarding potential leavesCoordinate leaves with Short Term Disability vendors and Workers' Compensation claims teams to properly administer concurrent leavesUpdate employee records in the HR/Payroll system as appropriateIdentify trends and make recommendations for continuous process improvements to managementSkills & ExperienceAssociate's degree required2-5 years of experience working specifically with absence management and leave administrationKnowledge of FMLA regulations and requirements and ADA is highly desiredIn-depth experience with HR and Payroll systems strongly preferredCompensation, Benefits, & Perks$55k to $70k + benefits package + ability to work from home/remote
