Job DescriptionWe are looking for a maintenance technician in our distribution center of Cadorago !
In this critical and very operational role, you will:
Performregular maintenance checks on manufacturing equipment, including pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical components, to ensure optimal functionality.Locateand diagnosefailures,replacedefective components, and performbasic troubleshooting using standard equipment, detailed drawings, diagrams, sketches, specifications, prints, manuals, and verbal and/or written instructions.Installfunctional and structural parts in devices or equipment.Preparenew machines and production equipment for operation.Followa strict preventive maintenance schedule to lessen exposure to downtime-related repairs and maintenance, included but not limited:pneumatic systems (e.g., air compressors, valves) to prevent leaks and ensure consistent performance, hydraulic systems (e.g., pumps, cylinders) to prevent fluid leaks and maintain proper pressure levels, mechanical components (e.g., gears, bearings) by lubricating, adjusting, or replacing parts to prevent breakdowns and ensure smooth operation.Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, including inspections and repairs, for compliance and reference.Maintaina clean, organized, and safe shop and production floor.Ensurecompliance with safety regulations while performing maintenance tasks.Providetraining on basic maintenance procedures to other staff members.Stay updated on advancements in manufacturing equipment technologies and maintenance practices.QualificationsLet's talk about you !
You have a Bachelor's Degree in related field required, or equivalent experienceYou possess between 0-2 years of previous experience in maintenance, along with demonstrated expertise in mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic repairs and maintenance. Preferably with slitting and winding production equipment.In addition, you have:
Certifications in specialty areas such as machinery operation and maintenance are required.
