Responsibilities: Set up, Install and upgrade IT systems for clientsAct as 1st Line support for technical issues and escalate to seniors where necessaryRecord and document all tasksWork with other teams within the business to deliver on projects ie Networking Teams, Cloud Teams, Project Managers and more. Skills/Must have:
