Responsibilities: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand current business processes and outcomes, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of business needs and objectives.Liaise with customers to define short and long-term product roadmaps for the program.Conduct thorough business process analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains.Work with third-party partners to ensure that all platform designs align with desired contact center outcomes.Develop detailed business and functional documentation, including process flows, colleague journey maps, and functional designs.Skills/Must have: 5 years+ experience as a product owner/manager.Retail experience is a must.Nice to have Agile/DevOps knowledge.Salary: £425 per day
