We are looking for an L2 Support Engineer (Azure)! Are you ready to elevate your career in Technical Support? We're actively seeking a dynamic L2 Support Engineer to become a vital part of our client's Global Support organization.
The responsibilities of this role are multifaceted and vital to our success. You will:
Handle technical escalations and resolve issues passed on from L1 support.Communicate directly with customers, providing clear and concise updates during case resolution.Become a product expert and stay current with new features.Assist customers through onboarding, implementation, production phases, and deployments.Collaborate closely with L3 Engineers, adhering to our predefined escalation flows.Maintain extensive documentation to aid other support teams and decrease future escalations.Participate in our global On Call rotation.Meet strict KPIs and SLAs to ensure top-notch service delivery. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 2+ years in a Technical Support organization, with experience in a SysAdmin role in a Linux environment and networking. Analytical and troubleshooting skills are crucial, as is familiarity with Kubernetes administration (Azure AKS, RedHat OCP). Experience with SQL databases and version-control tools like GIT/BitBucket is advantageous.
Being business-oriented, a team player, and fluent in English are also key to success in this role.
