We are looking for an intern who is both creatively and technically minded, who enjoys working in the digital communication and will support the Design and Marketing team for at least 6 months.
You will assist the 3D Rendering Specialist for Salewa in the creation of rendered images for apparel products.
This includes working first-hand with prototypes and samples, 3D modeling and simulation, rendering, color check and fabric digitalization.
**Tasks and responsibilities**
- Creation of digital still life images and support in the rendering process of the Salewa's apparel line
- Assist the digitalization process of fabrics and materials
- Support in the creation of visual guidelines for the brand's digital communication
- Collaboration with apparel Design and Marketing team to express the proper quality output in product visualization
**Profile**
- Very good knowledge and skill with 3D apparel design software such as CLO3D or MARVELOUS DESIGNER
- Knowledge of 3D software for modeling, rendering and animation (such as Keyshot, Blender, 3Ds Max, ZBrush) is a plus but not a must
- Knowledge of rendering fundamentals (such as lighting, texturing, UV Maps etc..)
- Good knowledge and skill with 2D graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Basic knowledge of photography fundamentals
- Passion for mountain sports, materials and fabrics
- Very good knowledge of Italian and English
