Be innovative, bring unexpected ideas, push the boundaries and contribute to solving complex challenges!Within the Marketing team of the L'Oréal Italia, we are looking for a Product Manager who will work on one of the brands of the portfolio, with the objective of developing the market share of the product of competence (in terms of sell in and sell out) ensuring the achievement of the budget objectives while respecting the positioning of the brand.Key Activities and ResponsibilitiesImplementation of consumer launches and animationsAnalysis of consumer trends and competitive analysisBrand performance analysis and forecastingDevelopment and definition of media communication strategies (media mix, definition of media plans, communication adaptation, etc.
)Creation of merchandising materials for promotion and enhancement at the point of sale, in collaboration with external agenciesCommunication interface with the sales force (new launches, promotional activities) and distribution partners (ad hoc marketing plans)Requirements and skills3/5 years' working experience in marketingDegree or Master's degree in Economics / Marketing / Management EngineeringExcellent level of Italian and EnglishFamiliarity with digital and trade marketing dynamicsExcellent communication / interpersonal skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
