We are looking for an HR Business Partner with experience gained in well-organized and fast paced environment.
In order to support the plants results achievement and improvement, he/she will provide leadership and support the management and development of plant personnel, guaranteeing consistency with legislation and with the company processes.In coordination with the whole HR team, he/she will help to implement all the human resources processes in line with Comer Industries policies and programs.He/she is familiar with the key HR processes and functions to ensures to-provide leadership and coordination for all Human Resources activities of the plants area.Support the Plant Management in developing the entrusted functions and people, acting as reference point for HR processes (e.g.
Performance Appraisal, Compensation, disciplinary actions, job rotation, etc.
);-Supporting and driving the management of the internal Trade Unions relations with the representatives of the plant in alignment with the Industrial HR Manager; -Monitoring and granting the proper implementation of labour regulations, guidelines and company policies; -Contributeto the effective management of Importante Azienda Relations liaising by regularly providing updates, facilitating the communication process through the organization on specific topics-Collecting and analyzing training needs of the entrusted functions, continuously relating to internal Academy and supporting the organization of the training;-Collaborating with each organizational unit in the Budget analysis and cost control, granting the respect of established guidelines;-Assuring the proper implementation and respect of planned activities and approved budgets.Requirements:
- Economics/law degree + master's degree in Human Resources Management (preferred);-At least 5/7 years of experience in HR, ideally in an industrial environment.Passion and a strong interest in working in an industrial framework together with dealing with grievances, HR issues and Unions';-Experience in the management of production plants' staff;-Excellent knowledge of English -Advanced use of Office suite and strong attitude for IT systems;-Good Knowledge on the Italian Importante Azienda law -Good knowledge on the Lean Manufacturing methodology, a WCM knowledge is a plus-Willingness to travel in Italy and abroad;
