YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure continuous operation of essential IT functions encompassing operating systems, security tools, applications and servers
Install, configure and support workstation software, hardware, printers and phones
Execute systems and network design, documentation, implementation, testing, and administration and ensure components meet business needs and work together seamlessly
Implement applications and software upgrades and troubleshoot any performance issues
Support and train employees in using software and hardware, providing technical support when needed
Staying abreast of emerging technologies, hardware, and software to assess their potential impact and relevance to organizational needs
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS A Bachelor's Degree in computer science or IT High School diploma, relevant certifications are a plus
Previous professional experience in IT in a similar position
In-depth knowledge of operating systems, current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, and system performance monitoring tools
Customer- and solution-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
Excellent knowledge of English, German, and Italian
