As the leader of the Tech Blue team, you will be responsible for providing world-class technical support and solutions to their customers and partners.
Your professional AV experience will contribute to achieving our sales objectives while delivering exceptional service and support.Responsibilities:Develop expertise in assistive communication technologies and their applications across market segmentsProvide comprehensive technical support for our products via phone, email, web, and on-site visits or eventsOversee and manage daily operations, team performance, and resolve operational issuesCreate and deliver training programs, how-to videos, and technical documentationAssist product management with product documentation reviews, including user manuals, quick start guides, design and connection guides, and master format specificationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality and functionalityLead initiatives to optimize processes and infrastructure for future growth and expansionIdentify and support potential integration with 3rd party systems (i.e Q-Sys, Biamp, Crestron, etc)Skills/Must have:Comprehensive knowledge of AV integration techniques and networking hardwareBiamp, Crestron, Q-Sys ExperienceBachelor's degree or equivalent work experience2 + years leading teamsExperience using CRM/ticketing support systemsBenefits:2 weeks PTO401K (4% match)United Healthcare PlanSalary:$110,000 - $130,000 #J-18808-Ljbffr
