16 - Hospitality & Customer Experience Specialist (On-site) Our startup has members from all over the world, with an emphasis on open values and sustainability. POSITION DESCRIPTION
You will be based in our Ragusa office. We want energetic and passionate people with a burning desire to create & innovate who are willing to experiment. We are seeking highly motivated professionals looking to gain internship experience in the sector of Hospitality and Customer Care. Your day-to-day tasks would involve understanding the customers' expectations to determine what they are drawn to and make sure that customer communication, as well as inquiries, go smoothly. In addition, you will help us set up our Hospitality and Event Management software tools and assist us with travel agency acquisition.
This is an on-site Internship for a minimum of 4-9 months, with the possibility to extend and starts in August/September 2024.

Creative writer, blog/article writing
Ability to create appealing material for Social Media
Basic experience in Social Media and Marketing
Interest and basic experience in hospitality
Ability to think both creatively and strategically
