16 - Hospitality & Customer Experience Specialist (On-Site)

POSITION DESCRIPTION You will be based in our Ragusa office.
We want energetic and passionate people with a burning desire to create & innovate who are willing to experiment.
We are seeking highly motivated professionals looking to gain internship experience in the sector of Hospitality and Customer Care.
Your day-to-day tasks would involve understanding the customers' expectations to determine what they are drawn to and make sure that customer communication, as well as inquiries, go smoothly.
In addition you will help us set up our Hospitality and Event Management software tools and help us with your travel agency acquisition.
This is an on-site Internship for a minimum of 4-9 months, with the possibility to extend and starts in   August/September 2024.
Requirements SKILLS WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Splendid communication skills (written and verbal) A sense of customer relationship Good at organization and prioritizing tasks Eager to support us with ideas to improve our efficiency Independent and team player worker Analytical mindset and critical thinking Entrepreneurial problem solving approach.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS: Creative writer, blog/ article writing Ability to create appealing material for Social Media Basic experience in Social Media and Marketing Interest and basic experience in hospitality Ability to think both creatively and strategically WHAT YOU WILL DIVE IN?
