As a QA/QC Manager, you will ensure coordinated project management from mechanical completion to handover.
We seek motivated individuals with experience managing teams and knowledge of CSA, electrical, mechanical, and control systems.
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor's degree in engineering (10+ years) or extensive trade experience (15+ years) Thorough knowledge of base and other relevant disciplines for data center projects Experience with mission-critical facility delivery Strong leadership, QA/QC processes, and Data Centre commissioning knowledge Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree and/or professional certification in engineering or project/quality management Soft Skills: Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills Commercially astute, able to manage scope changes, and drive project completion Proficient with planning software and project management tools Responsibilities: Manage quality processes in mission-critical projects, ensuring predictable completion Implement quality programs and 'Right First Time' practices for CSA, electrical, mechanical, and control systems Coordinate quality activities and ensure adherence to safety plans Align project execution with best practices and lean management principles Manage quality documentation, vendor collaboration, and team coordination Chair quality meetings, track progress, and resolve issues Provide detailed reporting and ensure seamless project turnover Other: Extensive travel across Europe required Staff package includes allowances based on location, with a typical 10/4 rotation schedule and support for housing and transportation.
