Possible tasks include but are not limited to:Supporting the team in designing and analyzing general population surveysSupporting the team in designing and collecting data for elite and stakeholder surveysSupporting the team's work on systematic reviews of the climate policy literatureSupporting the team's computational text analysis workThe job location is Milan, Italy.REQUIREMENTSWe are looking for a motivated person with the following requirements:Master's degree in economics, political science, or any related fields.Strong quantitative and econometric backgroundFluency in programming languages such as R, Python, and STATA.Familiarity with survey design, data collection, and analysisFamiliarity with QualtricsFluency in English (Italian not needed).Ability to work in an interdisciplinary and diverse environment committed to high-quality research.DURATION, COMPENSATION BENEFITSThe appointment period will be for 9 months as a research assistant.The gross salary will be based on qualification and working experience and competitive with major research centers in Europe.CMCC provides some additional benefits like flexible working time, support during the immigration process if needed.PROTECTED CATEGORYBelonging to legally protected categories (ex L. 68/99) will constitute a preferential condition.Some fiscal benefits could be applied for repatriated workers or foreign researchers/professors, having the requirements defined by Dlgs 147/2015 (for repatriates) or Dl 78/2010 (for foreigners).CMCC is an equal-opportunity employer.
