To learn more about this opportunity and submit your application, please refer to the following: ROLE The Executive Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the Chief of Staff and the Executive Leadership by managing and coordinating high-level administrative and executive functions.

RESPONSIBILITIES The Executive Coordinator will support the Chief of Staff, with: Program Coordination: Assist in developing, monitoring, and executing key projects and programs.
Track program/project progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Prepare and present regular progress reports to the Chief of Staff and senior executives.
Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a liaison between the Executive Office and internal/external stakeholders.
Represent the organization in meetings and events as needed.
Draft, review, and distribute executive communications and correspondence.
Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Chief of Staff and the Executive Office.
Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items.
Organize and maintain executive documentation and records.
Research and Analysis: Conduct research and gather data to support decision-making processes.
Analyze project outcomes and provide recommendations for improvement.
REQUIREMENTS Master's degree in government/international Relations, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in executive support functions, program coordination, or similar roles.
Experience working in an international /multicultural environment (either in the private or public sector).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build good working relationships.

DURATION, COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Please note that this opportunity will be issued both internally and externally.
The Coordinator will be based in Lecce-based CMCC office.
Contract and gross annual salary will be based on qualifications and working experience.
Welfare package, for minimum 12 months contract.
Flexible working time as per internal policies.
Support during the immigration process, if needed.
PROTECTED CATEGORY Belonging to legally protected categories (ex L. 68/99) will constitute a preferential condition.
