Help foster a culture of innovation and societal change, where individuals from all backgrounds can thrive and succeed.To learn more about this opportunity and submit your application, please refer to the following:ROLEThe scientist on social sciences and humanities research is responsible for coordinating the actions of SSAH performed in the framework of the current projects.RESPONSIBILITIESThe scientist is responsible for:Develop and implement an integrated vision and approaches for coordinating social sciences and humanities research and enhancing the impact of activities rune in the framework of EU research's funded projects; Assess the overall implementation of social analysis required and develop relationship dynamics within participation-driven climate (risk) science methodologies, such as citizen science, policy simulations, and transdisciplinary co-creation approaches;Provide support for policy analysis aimed to foster the sustainable growth.REQUIREMENTSPhD in social sciences.Proficiency in both quantitative and qualitative social research methodologiesStrong academic writing and communication skills in English are necessary, proficiency in other languages is welcome.Accuracy and good analytical skills.DURATION, COMPENSATION & BENEFITSPlease note that this opportunity will be issued both internally and externally. The Expert will be based in Sassari CMCC office.The appointment period will be initially of 12 months starting from July 2024, with a gross annual salary range of 12000 Euros. Tenure can be granted from 2 to 4 years after being appointed as a sr researcher. Flexible working time as per internal policies.Support during the immigration process, if needed.PROTECTED CATEGORYBelonging to legally protected categories (ex L. 68/99) will constitute a preferential condition.Some fiscal benefits could be applied for repatriated workers or foreign researchers/professors, having the requirements defined by Dlgs 147/2015 (for repatriates) or Dl 78/2010 (for foreigners).CMCC is an equal-opportunity employer.
