[1X] Proposal Manager

To support our Company's growth, we are looking for a Proposal Manager. As a Proposal Manager, you will be included in Programs Area, and you will play a crucial role in supporting the proposal development process.

In this role you will:

Assist in the creation, coordination, and submission of compelling proposals to win new business opportunities. Assist in writing and editing proposal content, ensuring clarity, consistency, and compliance with client requirements. Conduct thorough research to gather relevant information and data for proposal development. Coordinate and compile proposal components from various contributors, ensuring timely submission. Assist in managing the proposal review process, incorporating feedback from subject matter experts. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS Degree in Aerospace Engineering. REQUIRED EXPERIENCES & SKILLS Knowledge of Space Mission phases and project lifecycle. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to convey complex information concisely. Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize and meet multiple deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Fluency in written and spoken English. ADDITIONAL ASSETS Familiarity with proposal management software or tools is a plus. Knowledge of ECSS standards. Proven experience in proposal management, bid coordination, or a similar role is preferred but not required for entry-level candidates.
