To support our Company's growth, we are looking for a passionate and proactive HR Specialist who will be leading some of the HR processes in the Company's HR function, working in recruiting, onboarding, and managing Argonauts' growth and development.

In this role you will:

Work in one of the most innovative and fast-growing companies in the Space Industry. Lead Human Capital initiatives on Diversity and Inclusion. Lead the internal communication. Support the team in the organization of daily activities, performance reviews, assessments & follow-up. Aid in overseeing and coordinating key human resources processes, ensuring alignment with regulations and company procedures. Manage the pipeline of key talents by managing open positions through the full recruitment life cycle. Create, deliver, and manage the annual Training plan. Assist in managing personnel administrative deadlines through the preparation and analysis of HR reports. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources or a Humanistic field. REQUIRED EXPERIENCES & SKILLS 5 years or more of Human Resources experience gained in modern and structured companies. Engineering and/or Aerospace industry experience will be a plus. Excellent knowledge of the English language. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint). Equipped with strong analytical skills.
