To augment the staff dedicated to testing our systems, we are looking for a Travelling Test Engineer .
Responsibilities: Commissioning machines on customers' premises.
Training customers on fundamental points relating to the maintenance and operation of our systems.
Minimum Requirements: Technical, preferably electrical/electro-technical, training.
Experience in a similar position, preferably in companies that manufacture industrial equipment and machinery. We welcome applications from people with experience of assembly who want to dedicate their time to testing.
Willingness to travel (approximately 60% of the time for approximately 5-6 weeks at a time, depending on the complexity of the system).
The ability to read wiring diagrams as well as hydraulic and pneumatic diagrams.
Experience of signal testing, measuring, and electrical circuits.
Good knowledge of English, which will also be used for technical training on customers' premises.
Problem solving, customer orientation, sense of initiative.
Place of work: Sarego (VI).
