Our last-mile delivery service partners (DSP) arecrucial to our service, and we work closely with them to make suredeliveries large and small get to where they need to be. As a DSPPricing & Compensation Manager, you'll make sure we have thebest relationship possible with our partners. You will ownstrategic programs and initiatives using core analytical andproject management skills. These projects will directly influencethe way we pay our DSPs across our entire European network. We areopen to hiring candidates to work out of one of the followinglocations: London, Madrid, Berlin, Munich, Luxembourg, Milan,Paris. Key job responsibilities - Leading strategic programs andinitiatives that will drive our DSP payments program, directlyshaping the way we compensate our delivery partners across Europe.- Developing processes and mechanisms that address existingshortcomings and enable us to scale our growing business. -Conducting root cause analysis that allows us to understand thefinancial health of our delivery partners, and develop processes todrive these analyses at scale. - Reporting to senior leadership onkey metrics and program updates, with the ability to synthesizedata into actionable insights and recommendations. About the teamAmazon Logistics, or AMZL, handles 'last mile' delivery duties inpartnership with third-party distribution businesses. We utilisecreative thinking and continuous improvement initiatives to getmillions of physical products into the hands of our customers. Ourgoal is to make our customers' delivery experience as smooth aspossible and roll out global delivery solutions for our newestconcepts, like, DSP, Micromobility, Sustainability or GlobalIntegration.
