Job Title: Senior Data ScientistLocation: Turin, Italy (Hybrid Work Model)Salary: Up to €70,000 per annumContact: ****** Barnes are partnered with a leading Automotive Company.They are seeking aSenior Data Scientist, they will be based in the Machine Learning and Computer vision team within the Artificial Intelligence Lab in the Technology & Digital Software Analytics & Lab Department.Responsibilities:Analyses requirements about new Projects, define a feasibility study and, according to that, prepare, in coordination with the ML&CV team Leader, a related time and cost estimation.Define the technical guidelines on the project contents and lead the different project development phasesDefine a detailed development and validation plan based on SAFE (Agile) methodology and coordinate with the other involved teams the activities Backlog prioritization.Develop in first person and support/lead both the development and the upskill of a mixed team (internal and external) of data scientists.Support other company functions in algorithms integration on board and off boardWork in synergy with Product Owner in all the activities of Project execution, monitoring and reporting.Requirements:PHD or Master's degree in data science, engineering or similar educationExperience with Data Analytics platforms such as Databricks and GlueExcellent knowledge of Machine Learning and Computer Vision techniquesGood Knowledge of software integration in different environments (Windows, Linux)Experience in model base developmentGood knowledge of real time machines (HIL, SIL)Experience in leading a Team up to 10 peopleGood knowledge of English (written and spoken)Good knowledge of physical complex systems (e.G.
