Purpose of the Position: As the Group Learning & Development Manager EMEA, you play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization. Your mission is to elevate corporate value by nurturing the growth and development of our people. By spearheading the creation of strategic policies and initiatives, you empower our workforce to thrive, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence across the Group. Your visionary leadership drives organizational transformation, ensuring that IRCA remains at the pinnacle of the semi-finished ingredients industry.
Position Overview: Reporting directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), you will lead the design, implementation, and management of comprehensive learning and development programs tailored to the unique needs of our diverse workforce across the EMEA region. Collaborating closely with key stakeholders, you will identify strategic priorities, leverage best practices, and deploy cutting-edge solutions to cultivate talent, enhance skills, and drive performance excellence.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the definition of education and training needs, develop comprehensive action plans, identify and manage funding sources, and oversee program management and monitoring. Analyze personnel development needs and contribute to the formulation of action plans, overseeing the management of development plans and related projects. Conduct ongoing skills analysis and ensure continuous skill development and enhancement initiatives. Develop the Performance Management, providing analysis to support actionable insights and drive continuous improvement. Drive the definition of corporate policies and communications plans to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Provide strategic support for corporate change projects, facilitating smooth transitions and fostering employee engagement and onboarding processes. Manage internal communication processes and content creation, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with organizational messaging. Foster integration by maintaining constant alignment with HR functions and regional contacts (Line Managers) across the Group. Qualification Requirements: Master's degree in human resources or related field preferred. 7+ years of progressive experience in HR with a focus on learning and development, preferably in a global or multinational environment. Exceptional influencing and strategic planning skills, with a proven track record of driving organizational change and transformation. Strong project management capabilities, with a demonstrated ability to successfully manage complex initiatives from conception to implementation. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage and inspire stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in MS Office suite and familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
