Responsibilities:
- Manage hotel reservations, including inquiries, bookings, and confirming room availability.
- Interact with guests via phone, email, and in-person to assist with reservation inquiries, changes, and cancellations.
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out experiences, addressing special requests or concerns.
- Process payments, issue invoices or receipts as needed.
- Promote additional services to enhance guest experiences and increase revenue.
- Assist guests with general inquiries and provide information about local attractions and services.
- Address and resolve guest issues or concerns related to reservations, billing, or service quality.
